Alright! I just came across this website through the trustworthy Kelly Clarkson Express that the Kelly's new album title is not 'Masquerade' but apparently the title is 'All I Ever Wanted'... Hmmm... should I trust this new piece of information? At this point, I don't really give a whit whether the information is true because I'm so fucking eager to know anything and everything, I'll just blindly accept any information until Kelly herself verifies all these rumours! Personally, I think 'Masquerade' makes a better album title mainly because I feel it has a more mysterious element to it while 'All I Ever Wanted' gives me the impression that Kelly is just choosing one of the songs from the album and deciding that it'll do fine as an album title. Of course, I know shit about coming up with album titles so I'm just talking out of my arse! Seriously... one of the reasons I like her last album 'My December' is that she did not pick one of the songs in the album as the album title like what she did in 'Breakaway' and 'Thankful'. As much as I adore, obsess over and revere(to a lesser extent) Kelly, I think that using a little creativity and imagination to name an album is better than picking a song title and using it for the album title. Of course this is disregarding the fact that there may be some marketing or promotional factor in doing so. Anyway here is some additional information I've found about Kelly's new album 'Masquerade' (I'll use this title because I prefer it and it's my blog so I'll do whatever the fuck I want! So there! Pfftt!) Of course the authenticity of all this information has not been confirmed by Kelly's official website so if you're not like me, an eager sucker who'll believe any tidbit about this album, you'll digest all this with a grain of salt. Here's the info:-

All I Ever Wanted
(Louis Biancaniello, Aranda Dameon, Samuel Watters) [Howard Benson]

Don’t Let Me Stop You
[Howard Benson]
Do I like the fact that none of these songs seem to have Kelly's touch in it? NO! In fact I resent that Kelly seems to have no part in the songwriting process and I absolutely doubt the neccessity of having Kelly sing Kate Perry's songs BUT since I've the utmost confidence in Kelly, I'll put aside my personal prejudices and embrace the reality that sometimes you gotta do what you gotta in order to have a long and fruitful career. I've said before that I'll support Kelly in whatever she does no matter how much I disagree with it and I'm certain I won't take back those words because I've been a faitful fan since 2003 and I highly doubt I'll stop being a fan just because she's decided to cater to the whims and demands of the studio executives (I just hope this part is untrue and Kelly will always maintain her artistic and musical integrity!) Besides, I'm nothing but a lowly fan who has never even attended any concerts or shows of hers which I intend to rectify in the near future!
