Well... I've finally arrived in Perth and settled down in my hostel room. I just have to say the room and the flat in general is better than I expected. But I guess that's a given as I have little to no expectations since it's just better to not have any.... his is my fourth day here and I walked to the university this morning to do my student id and let me just say I'm bloody exhausted!! It took like more than 10 minutes for my friends and I to walk to the Student Centre and I think it'll take like 20 minutes to walk to the Business School from my hostel. Thank God I'm applying for a Smart Rider for the bus so I don't need to use coins everytime I get on the bus... Well... the good thing is I'll be definitely walking a lot and I'll probably lose weight and still eat the same amount of food.... This is the first time I finished my food (A burger) since I came to Perth.... Anyway.... I need to remember to apply sunscreen religously cuz I think my arms have grown darker.... I need to definitely maintain my complexion... That's a priority....
I've bought most of my groceries except my kitchen utensils and pots and pans and laundry detergent because there'll be a discount on Thursday so I'll get it then but I have bread, cheese and margarine and other foods that don't need cooking... So it's definitely not a problem.... Even if I do buy food, it'll probably last me two meals since the portions are so huge!! Anyway no photos for now because I'm bloody tired (I know I'm repeating myself but what the hell... I can't think straight now...) I still need to go to Coles (the supermarket next to my hostel) to get some dinner stuff.... I still need to get used to the Internet here where I'm where I'm constantly checking my bandwidth.... 1.5gb for 3 months is seriously not enough... I may need to change my plan to something from Three which my friend recommended.... Anyway... no photos for now since I've barely taken any photos cuz I was too busy walking.... So later days.....

lol was it really that far for you?! You'll notice you'd take less time to get there over time. I know the first time I walked to uni from my house (and you did that with me when you came to visit) certainly left me thinking "god damn, that was a long one!" XoD But then comes the time when I would reach the library in 7 minutes, but maybe that's cos I was almost late for class? Haha.
Anyway, hope you're settling in just fine with your new environment. Smart Rider's definitely a good option.
For people like us, 1.5GB ain't enough and for 3 months?! Nuh uh. Hope you'll sort that out, catch up another time!
Take care.
